Content Dashboard needs some headings

Problem/Motivation

The content dashboard isn't using headings for content types (see attached image)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Login as a content creator (drupal 9.x) where you have a few content types
  2. Go to your content dashboard (see attached image)
  3. Notice that the content types don't have headings (in the image, content types are "Course Guide", "Library Highlight"). They seem to be table captions

This breaks WCAG 2.x success criteria 1.3.1

Proposed resolution

Give the content types heading tags.

User interface changes

For content authors who use headings to navigate (e.g., blind screen reader users), then it will be easier to navigate.

    In order to work on this we need more information, such as steps to reproduce. That was asked for 8 months ago and hasn't been supplied. So, I am closing this issue.

    If you are experiencing this problem on a supported version of Drupal reopen the issue, by setting the status to 'Active', and provide complete steps to reproduce the issue → (starting from "Install Drupal core").

    @mweiler, I take it you are still having this problem.

    Unfortunately, we can't work on this without steps to reproduce the problem starting from installing Drupal core. The issue summary mentions a 'Content Dashboard' and content types of "Course Guide", "Library Highlight". None of those are provided by default with Drupal core.

    Can you find out more about how Drupal was customized to provide these features?
