This is still an issue in Gin and it's not a duplicate of the referenced item. Can we get a patch to actually fix this in the Gin theme.

I think we might want tickets that are separate for Gin & Claro, as they are not the same.

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this behavior. Could you please provide the exact steps to recreate and/or the context in which you discovered this issue?

The issue persists on Drupal 10.3 with the Claro admin theme.

Hi, I tried replicating the issue but the Select2 module is working fine. There's no styling issue when using this module with Claro and Gin as Admin theme. I've tested this module on Drupal 9.5.11, Drupal 10.1.7, Drupal 10.1.0, Drupal 10.2.5 and Drupal 10.3. Attaching the screenshots for reference.
Hence moving the issue status to Closed (cannot reproduced). Anyone can reopen this, if they find the issue.
I also encountered similar issues when using select2/select2 version 4.1.0-rc.0, but version 4.0.13 works normally.
