Select2 dropdown overlaps Gin menu when open

@HeikkiY - There were couple of more issues with field size and overlap, I have fixed all of them here.

I tested this. This seems to fix the z-index issue.

The other issues you fixed seems to be related to https://www.drupal.org/project/select2/issues/3184534 🐛 Claro and Gin theme glitches Needs review which has been marked as works as designed.

For me it seemed to add extra margin to autocomplete field. See the attached screenshots where there is extra white space. The extra margin seems to be only added to the autocomplete fields and the ones without it are correct height.

I tested again without the patch and I cannot reproduce the margin issue. To me it seems like the Works as designed comment from https://www.drupal.org/project/select2/issues/3184534 🐛 Claro and Gin theme glitches Needs review still stands and the only issue is the z-index.

I have changed the code in the patch for z-index issue only as per your suggestion.

Tested the new patch and it fixes the issue.
