I've added automated test coverage for this issue and re-instated test coverage for the autocomplete sorting. I've also fixed some PHPCS stuff.

This added back the "Drag to re-order {entity_type}" help text that was removed in 📌 remove "Drag to re-order {entity_type}" Fixed . Was this intentional or unintentional?
