Multilevel table grouping problem

I have a node with an entity reference field (unlimited number of items). The view displays the node title and the referenced entity title using the table format. Two groupings are used within the table. One is the node title and the other is the entity title. The result is shown in the image.

There are two problems. The first is that the first group title is quoted instead of the title be rendered as a link. The HTML code is correct but somewhere it is quoted.

The second problem is the repetition of the second group title. The second part is rendered as the caption. If a blank is placed in the table settings caption field then both items disappear. The first part of the second group title is the one that should be rendered.

    @bwong, Thank you for reporting this problem. We rely on issue reports like this to improve Drupal core.

    There hasn't been any activity here for 4 years.

    Is this still a problem? If so, in order to investigate this we need complete steps to reproduce the issue → (starting from "Install Drupal core").

    Since we need more information to move forward with this issue, I am keeping the status at Postponed (maintainer needs more info). If we don't receive additional information to help with the issue, it may be closed after three months.
