Any way to Automatically Load Content when scrolling within a DIV?

Created on 12 July 2017, over 7 years ago
Updated 8 September 2024, 2 months ago

My view block is displayed within a DIV with a fixed height and overflow:auto, so all the scrolling happens within that DIV. But the "auto load content" event is apparently triggered when the whole document is scrolled to the end which never happens in my case, so new content is never loaded.
Quick question: is there an easy fix (or maybe I am simply missing something) before I start hacking the code?

Is this still an issue with 2.0.x? If yes, please update the version and set the status active again with clear steps or (best) with a test showing what's broken.

2.0.x is the active development branch.

If nobody replies, we should assume this is fixed and close this issue outdated.

    Thanks!

    Hey Anybody,

This is still an issue on 2.0.2 and the patch in #23 still fixes it for me.

To recreate, set the outtermost DIV of a Infinite Scroll View to have CSS properties of overflow-y: scroll and a fixed height, when the bottom of the DIV is reached the load in not triggered. There is a test included in the patches.

    Cheers!

I confirm that this issue still exists in 2.0.2. Patch #23 fixes the problem and steps to recreate descibed in #25 are correct.
