The "visibility box" only confused the users, because it worked in the opposite way, than they expected.

New users can’t understand what is the function of the visibility box. They don’t know that with this function they can regulate where and how to display the uploaded content.

"User-friendly" visibility box.

Create an onboarding process / visual aids and explanatory texts which clearly describes how this function works.

Verified and tested patch #28 on 10.1.x-dev. Patch apply cleanly.

Test Result
1. The label "Visibility" changed to: "Show this block on"
2. The tab-labels changed. ex: "Show on all pages" instead of unrestricted.

Please find attached before and after screenshots.
Keeping it in NR as #17 is not yet addressed, it needs usability review.

Am moving to NW for an issue summary update.

Proposed solution just saying "make user friendly" but how was that accomplished?

There are "to be determined" references. If UI changes before/after screenshot should be added to the issue summary.
