Currently, the Views UI does not rewrap when zooming on a mobile device causes the text to spill out of the viewport.
Steps on iPhone 4S with iOS 7.1 using Mobile Safari 7:
1. Go to /admin/structure/views
2. Spread fingers on screen to zoom to a larger text size
3. On the Content line, choose Edit
4. Expand Advanced
5. In the Contextual filters section, choose Add
6. Scroll down the list
Actual results: Text doesn't wrap to fit screen
Expected results: Text wraps to fit screen
7. Rotate to landscape
Actual results: Text doesn't wrap to fit screen
Expected results: Text wraps to fit screen
Double-tapping to make content fit is not an appropriate solution as it will re-shrink the text.
