Implement a ProfileHandler to manage profiles (@see ModuleHandler)

There's handlers for themes and modules, moreover there's \Drupal\Core\Extension\ModuleHandlerInterface::addProfile() which is minimally is enough but

Following methods could be helpful
- getProfile() to return object from 📌 Add Module, Theme, Profile, and Extension value objects Needs work
