🐛 Disabled Views display tabs have no visual indication of their state Needs work appears to be a duplicate but that one is got more momentum.
Follow up to #1921748: Views UI gives no indication that you are editing a disabled view → . That will give us the status of a view on the edit form wrapper. So then we can actually do something with this and make and frontend changes to make it obvious that you are editing a disabled view.
