Hi @yashaswi18, In the parent menu item please select show as expanded to see the child menu item.
This issue is not replicating . I followed all the steps and saw that the menu is coming dropdown only rather than inline.
Hi @Yashaswi18, I have update the MR as per the requirements for mobile devices and worked on the padding. Please apply MR!64 again and check. Attaching ss for reference.
As default, the blocks are placed one below the other, if you want the block next to each other, you need to remove the css as done in the MR.

Attached an image of the new styling of comment section.
Fixed the styling of the comment section by making it more compact and added styling to the buttons.
Added a custom twig for the menu to handle the html structure. Made changes in the css file. Also, changed the configuration, where i have changed the menus to display from 2 to unlimited.
