Installing the module with version 3.0.2 (drupal core 10.1.6) and after following the steps to reproduce , the svg image loaded as expected on the page. Maybe it was fixed with latest update of the module.

Managed to solve the problem by installing the library with the composer . To do this i followed the steps of the documentation here → . With this way inside the web/libraries folder a new library (lazysizes) has been added and after clear cache the iframe has been loaded the video .
