Added a common Composer error.

To avoid confusion, add a reference to the old location of this guide, also because the text contains a link to it (next chapter). Furthermore, using the permalink to that chapter to avoid breaking if in the future the title would change (and thus the alias).

FYI, as this page has been moved from within another guide → , I took the liberty to create a placeholder page → there to avoid the confusion of a "missing" chapter. The other chapters of that guide mention this page and the table of contents was kind of broken.

BTW, I agree with the moving of the page and am happy to see other people contributing to its content. The placeholder page solves the issue sufficiently.

It gets overwritten with the new data. That is exactly what you would expect when doing an operation called "Force".
