I've today sent a PM to lolandese, reminding him about this issue and the need for a review of this.

The project is seek a new maintainer with an Open Ownership Pledge → (see #2938720: Seeking new maintainer → ). For this to work, the current maintainer needs to provide a timely review.

Hi Anoop Singh. To ease review, I suggest you add a D8+ release to the project (without publishing it on the project page yet). I gave you all permissions as a co-maintainer to do so.

Please, post a link to the release here, so I will be pinged once published.
