Thank you, @itmaybejj. No, we need to update - that may be the issue. Will follow up once on the latest version and have tested. FWIW, I get the same error when attempting to uninstall devel when editoria11y is enabled. Thanks again for responding so quickly!

Following the breadcrumbs, #164 💬 Drupal 10 updating issue - Drupal\Component\Plugin\Exception\PluginNotFoundException: The "" plugin does not exist Needs work helped me out. In my case, the culprit was pathauto. I was able to resolve the issue by uninstalling the module, exporting the config, re-installing the module, then recreating my one (fortunately) pattern. The only difference to the config yaml, other than the uuid values changing, was:
id: node_type was removed, and
id: 'entity_bundle:node' was added.
FWIW, my preference is the third option (far right) in #15. Consider making the brackets (<>) white for simplicity's sake?
Avoid using the name of the module in the short description:
This module provides configuration for menus which are not available in Drupal 8+ core. Allows the expansion of all menu links with children, or root the menu tree to specific items.
