Moving this to Major since this issue create data issue (or maybe could be critical). The affected data of nodes become problematic and create various issues like #3414162 .
On one website, I had to manually save a new published version for a lot of nodes to prevent many headaches from the redactors. Eventually, fixing already affected data in code might not be possible. But if someone manage to create a script which find all potential nodes having this data inconsistency would be really helpful I think.
