Database spike goes upto 90% if some one edit/update/create node having nested paragraph in content type

Problem/Motivation

When a user is adding/editing/updating a node having nested paragraph levels.
The database spike goes upto 98% and it takes around 15 mins to come down.

We are not observing this behaviour with any other node create/edit/update but only if it has nested paragraph.

Steps to reproduce

Create a content type
Create some paragraphs
create a field in Paragraph which can refer to further paragraphs (Nested paragraph)
Try editing/deleting/updating node.

We have the same configuration upto Drupal 8.6 and the spike was not noted, but since we moved to Drupal 9.5.7 we are facing this issue.
Our site is multilingual with 2 languages enabled.
