Update wording of "Available menus" description text in Content Type configuration

This issue is being reviewed by the kind folks in Slack, #needs-review-queue-initiative. We are working to keep the size of Needs Review queue [2700+ issues] to around 400 (1 month or less), following Review a patch or merge request → as a guide.

Can the MR please be updated for 10.1
Tagged for test for a simple assert that the correct text appears. Should be a 1 liner I think.

- Add one liner test case to validate the description.
- Rebase PR and change destination of the PR

This issue is changing user interface text, I am adding the Usability tag per policy → ,

In #18, pameeela stated that the proposed resolution needs work I do not see that that has happened. The proposed text is still the same. I happen to agree that the text needs work. Therefore, I am setting to NR and tagging for a Usability Revew.

We reviewed this issue at 📌 Drupal Usability Meeting 2023-03-17 Fixed .

That issue will have a link to the recording, for the record the attendees were: myself, @rkoller, @simohell, @shaal and @blackbamboo.

We recommend the following text for the description, we felt this was more concise and easier to understand while still conveying enough meaning.

Content of this type can be placed in the selected menus.

Updated the PR with latest 10.1.x and changed description based on #29 comment.

I have triaged this issue and see that the screenshot is out of date. I added an after screenshot made from the MR from 22 March 2023.
The IS lists that the usability review as a remaining task. That was done in #29, so removing tag.

I think this is ready for commit. I'll schedule this for tomorrow.
