Add Pierre Dureau and Florent Torregrosa as co-maintainers for Asset library subsystem

Have worked with both of them on ui_pattern stuff and they both meet the requirements! Both are collaborative and super helpful/respectful with other devs.

We also need Pierre to confirm that he'd like to take this on in the issue.

There's also some documents to read and confirm (again in this issue) before taking this on. I can't find the documentation for the documents... but there's links in this issue 📌 Add dcam as a subsystem maintainer of the Link module Active .

Apart from that though, it will be great to have subsystem maintainers for the asset subsystem. I was able to get a few long-standing issues in since around 10.1 but there's a lot of work still to do on it.

I am OK, sure, I work with Florent (grimreaper) since 2018, in client projects and community projects, and it was a blast.

I am happy and proud to join him in the maintainership of this sub-system.

That's my mistake, since pdureau is already a frontend manager I made an assumption sorry for jumping the gun! Since pdureau has agreed moving to RTBC.

I am not sure about the formalism so I will do a bit like in the other issue. Changing to needs review as I had not mentioned approval of documents before that.
