Create high-level AI initiative roadmap

Problem/Motivation

We have roadmap docs/spreadsheets with lots of details, but we need a high-level version to communicate with the community.

Proposed resolution

Include:

• 3 to 5 most important focus areas for Vienna
• summary bullets on key functionality in those focus areas
• rough timeline and who's working on what

Remaining tasks

• Try one format and review with team
• Iterate and re-review
• Share with Drupal CMS team and review
• TBD: Include in DA blog post?
