[Meta] Improving quality of Drupal Planet content

This will be postponed until Planet Drupal is ported over to the new site (don't want to invest time on the old site) - and then we will need to do a review and triage of these issues to see which make sense for the majority of planet drupal users.

You're welcome @hestenet, and that sounds like a great plan -- prudent to wait with development until a stage where it makes more sense, in the new Drupal 11 environment.

Laxing the requirements for a contributor feed to stay on the Planet (aka not punishing authors that post occasionally and keep a specific feed for d.org planet) would definitely help.
