[META] Gathering AI resources for benefit of community

Problem/Motivation

I'm helping with some organization and community engagement for a particular AI sub-initiative. But, to start being more effective there, I'd like to do some basic general fact-finding and resource-gathering with the goals:

Anyone curious about this initiative can see the latest info easily (e.g. most recent demo videos and status updates
Anyone who wants to help with this initiative has a library of resources available to them to see what's been going on (e.g. videos, tutorials, docs)
Anyone who has resources to contribute can easily provide them ideally without having to update code (e.g. create an MR)

As this is a meta issue, we can discuss this generally here and create child issues as needed for specific tasks.

Remaining tasks

Some of these may end up in child issues:

Review existing project page, documentation, DrupalCon, camp sessions, Google docs, etc
Gather resources such as videos, tutorials, etc (probably good as child issues)
Brainstorm and gather feedback on how best to organize the resources so they stay up-to-date and have a low barrier for others to be able to add to
Organize the resources/information per above
Credit those who provided feedback and helped gather and organize
