The proposed path here is to still have a warning modal and then if the user proceeds with the deletion of the page, the user is taken to the page that is assigned as the homepage within the experience builder.

Currently it seems like deleting a page is pretty basic functionality

Changed the title. After 📌 Allow CMS Author to set site's homepage from navigation Postponed is in, then the frontend can change it to redirect to the homepage. I don't think currently there is a way for the frontend to know whether a page is a homepage or not.
