how to deal with data sent to OPENAI
ALT Text example: there will be no communication between a user and a 3rd party. The Server is sending requests, and no user specific data is sent along, so it is no consent related topic.
we should think about, if we need an “AGB/GTC general terms and conditions” checkbox and default content. with that, a user could need to check the checkbox first, until they send Informations over the server to a LLM or service. default content should only describe, what should be inside or why this is here, but could not be a complete informational text.
we would also need that to prevent users to click the “alt text generation” button or before sending something over the ai chatbot.
Ralf: what is the case: a user has deactivated JS in his browser
Answer: external content is not loaded (which is loaded via drupal) and therefore also no external service
question: do we have proper cookie control in the backend (session management?!)
