Billboard and C3 not using custom colors for Pie or Donut charts

Problem/Motivation

When using Billboard or C3, custom colors are not used by Pie or Donut charts.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a chart with one row of numbers and customize the column colors.
2. Select the Pie or Donut chart type and save
3. The chart will not use your custom colors, but instead use the default ones.

Proposed resolution

- Fix the bug in each of the plugins.
