Note this also appears to be a case where a site moderator 'touched' multiple posts however they either did not recognize that the individual might be eligible for warning under the Credit Abuse policy or chose not to create an issue.

None of the comments I posted on those issues have been posted as site moderator.
Site moderators cannot look at all the existing accounts to identify who is creating issues trying to gain credits, in the same way they cannot look at all the created posts to identity spammers.
Site moderators act on issues created by other users or flags. That is why it is possible to flag spam posts. - 🇺🇸United States cmlara
