Logo path with space causes issue

Problem/Motivation

Logo path with space for example 'new logo.png' causes issue when any other file is uploaded in components section of civic theme.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Use `Upload Primary Light logo for Desktop` to upload a logo with has a file name with empty space for e.g.'new logo.png'
  2. Click on the save configuration which saves the file as expected and the field `Image path for Primary Light logo for Desktop` will show path 'sites/default/files/new%20logo.png'
  3. Try uploading `Upload Primary Light logo for Mobile` now with a same image file and you should see a error
