Compatibility with phpoffice/phpspreadsheet:^3

Make it so xls_serialization can be used with "phpoffice/phpspreadsheet:^3".

phpoffice/phpspreadsheet v3 is out, but it doesn't work for xls_serialization v1.4.0 as in:
- drupal/xls_serialization 1.4.0 requires phpoffice/phpspreadsheet ^2.0 -> found phpoffice/phpspreadsheet[2.0.0, ..., 2.3.0] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^3).

@sboden does this module work perfectly fine with phpspreadsheet v3?

If yes, we could make the composer.json file compatible with both versions I think.
