Change 'readiness' check text

Problem/Motivation

Installed automatic updates and got an error message that was not very clear. My first thought was, 'what is a readiness check'. And usually a message like that would say something like requirement failed or requirements not met.

Your site does not pass some readiness checks for automatic updates. It cannot be automatically updated until further action is performed.
See status report for more details.

I followed the link to the status report page and read that an update from a dev version is not supported. What then, is the 'further action to take'.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

1) Use the same language as the Update module. Instead of 'readiness check' use 'requirements' or skip that phrase.
