Fiex spelling of 3 'base' words

I downloaded the branch and checked for instances:

There are a bunch of references to basefield in the following but they all files have an individual cspell rule.
entity_test_multivalue_basefield

basetheme is completely replaced.
basepath is only in vendor.

Doesn't cherry pick to other branches because of the phpstan baseline. Not sure we should backport, might make some patches less cherry-pick friendly.
