Move the work on drupal.org. Enable testing

Ready for review.

Note that the MR contains also the code from https://github.com/Gizra/og/commit/c6a95aac5c3599207e3fe750610a285d59cf3018 commit because this commit was not synchronized from GitHub to drupal.org. As soon as the 8.x-1.x branch will be synchronized, the diff will be correct again.
