H2s are displaying twice in Table of contents (TOC)

Hi @fionamorrison23, I followed the steps to reproduce the issue and tried replicating the issue. But issue didn't replicate the Table of content is working as expected. I didn't find any issue when Show Table of Contents field option is Enabled. I've added content in Content field with atleast one Heading 2 tag. After saving the page heading 2 content is not being displayed twice for both Event and Page content type. I'm attaching the screenshots of node edit page and the page created after saving.

Test on Drupal 10.2.5 and Civictheme 1.8.1 version.

This appears twice because the selector class is added multiple times in HTML.

Just to add another source, I am seeing the same issue with repeated h2 entries in the toc. This is on Drupal 10.3.2 and Civictheme 1.8.1 version.
