@sourojeetpaul, I appreciate your contribution. I can see that the logo is properly managed according to all necessary guidelines. Also, you have already clearly described the logo's functionality in your design. Therefore, I am moving this forward. RTBC++

The logo is pretty nifty. My only concern is that the drop icon on the left has what appears the number "9" super imposed on the drop. Can we switch it to something that isn't version specific?

Thanks for your feedback. By incorporating a version specific drupal logo I wanted to show migration from one drupal version to another.
As per your requested changes, I've now used same Drupal logo which is version independent! Please have a look once again

I think that makes more sense. The majority of times this module is used is from CSV and no previous version of Drupal is involved in the mix. But it was a cleaver idea.
