Can't enable the filter on the text format

I am seeing the same issue.

I'm also getting this issue after a fresh install of TOC on Drupal 10.3.1

Hetal.Solanki → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

This module is missing a filter settings schema definition file at the moment, here is a patch that adds a minimal one based on the settings defined in TocFilter.php to resolve this issue.

I confirm MR12 removed the errors and allowed me to save the text format.
