Update: Many projects got an "Automated Drupal 11 compatibility" created a few months ago, though it looks like some did not.
Perhaps the Drupal 10 modules without a Drupal 11 readiness issue can have an issue created, by checking which Drupal 10 projects do not have an issues with this tag?
