The following was reported via phpcs:

  14     Class Drupal\json_field\Element\JsonText extends deprecated class  
         Drupal\Core\Render\Element\RenderElement:                          
         in drupal:10.3.0 and is removed from drupal:12.0.0. Use            
           \Drupal\Core\Render\Element\RenderElementBase instead.

This can't be fix for a while because we don't want to require Drupal 10.3 for a while.
