Time is not declared twice. Are you by any chance applying a patch in your root composer.json to the module?

You are right, in my case it came from the patch from 🐛 Fix PHP 8.2+ deprecation notices Closed: duplicate which is no longer necessary. Removed both patches and everything works fine.

I can confirm, I also had this issue because of the patch from 🐛 Fix PHP 8.2+ deprecation notices Closed: duplicate . Removal of this patch solved the problem.
