Error when try to uninstall module

Checked MR #2 after removing delete() function from OgMembershipType.php module will successfully uninstall. Attached snap for the reference.

Hello, the module was uninstalled without any errors after applying MR!8.

After applying MR the module is successfully uninstalled. However, thorough testing is required to ensure that the functionality still works as expected.
So changing the status to RTBC.

This seems to remove a functionality, i.e., blocking removal of default membership type. I don't think we should go this way. We need a way to detect whether we are uninstalling.

Also, this deserves a tiny test. You can do it in a kernel test.
