Checked MR #2 after removing delete() function from OgMembershipType.php module will successfully uninstall. Attached snap for the reference.

Hello, the module was uninstalled without any errors after applying MR!8.

This seems to remove a functionality, i.e., blocking removal of default membership type. I don't think we should go this way. We need a way to detect whether we are uninstalling.
