Put 'Not supported' update status on the correct side of the page

Problem/Motivation

Noticed this while working on update.module issues. The status and the error image should be on the other side of the page. This happens for both Core and Modules. Also, this only occurs for the 'Not supported' status. The revoked and insecure status displays correctly.
