ScrollTo button is not working on homepage.

Problem/Motivation

When I installed the theme and set it as default, and checked the home page, the scrollTop button was not working. Additionally, when I clicked on the scrollTop button, the header disappeared.

Steps to reproduce

1) Install the theme and set as default.
2) Go to home page.
3) Click on ScrollTo button

I have applied the patch, the scroll top button is working fine now.
But when the user clicks on scroll to top and then scroll to bottom the screen fluctuates.
