Composite field feels the less drupal-y. "Compound" is just weird to say out loud for me as a non-native speaker.

This seems too easy… but good there is consensus so far!

I see 2 options
- remove "union" - fck is nice to remember
- Field Builder or shortcut of it also sounds - 🇫🇷France nod_ Lille

Let's us learn from CKEditor, back when it was still called fckeditor: https://ckeditor.com/old/comment/23157#comment-23157

Oh my! Separately I think FCK would be considered a Drupalism, and we should avoid that.
Lee suggested field builder but I think it’s too generic and it lacks a label for the thing itself. For example how to you refer to the actual set of fields? 'I'm going to add a paragraph' = 'I'm going to add a field builder'? (We can’t said ‘add a field’ of course since that means any field.) So this rather describes the underlying function not the thing itself and as a result needs some explaining.
I think the name should describe the thing on its own, as composite field does.

Grabbed the composite_field namespace but had to name it 'Composite field 🦄' to get around the 'unique project titles' issue
