There was an issue with the latest version of Drupal. After https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/2786355 ๐ Move multiple provider plugin work from migrate into core's plugin system Active , tests that use the
entity_test
module, which has an implicit reference to the user module through the entity owner interface, will require the user module to be installed as well.
I have fixed this and the rest is working fine so I am approving this. Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
