Standard Views attribute documentation for consistency and correctness

Problem/Motivation

Been reviewing a lot of views annotation to attribute conversions. I think we can make the documentation more consistent and better.

Proposed resolution

  • Use \Drupal\views\Attribute\ViewsExposedForm as the canonical version.
  • All optional params marked as such
  • No use of "whether or not" as it doesn't make sense (thanks PHPStorm)
  • All required params actually required
