"Add to Calendar" doesn't work on the a11y Office Hours page

Problem/Motivation

Clicking on the "Add this event to your calendar" link redirects to Google calendar but presents the error message "Could not find the requested event".

Proposed resolution

Update the link to point to the updated event.

    Discussed this on Slack with @mgifford. Their suggestion was to update the wording, along the lines of
    "Ask on the Accessibility Channel of the Drupal Slack if you would like to be added to the calendars"
