Hi,
I've applied the MR!14 successfully for drupal core 10.3 and it is working as expected.Steps I followed for testing:
1. Install Adminimal - Responsive Administration Theme
2. Go to Content > Article
3. Go to CK Editor and observe the changes thereTesting Result:
Here after applying the patch, Ck editor isn't overlapping the Header section l as expected so moving to RTBC+1Attaching Screenshots for reference
Status - PASS
