Missing functionality to move terms (change weight)

I have created an initial patch to add the missing functionality for moving terms (changing term weight) using AJAX in the Taxonomy Manager module.

Key Features:
- Added AJAX support for term weight changes using FancyTree.
- Implemented up and down arrows for quick term movement within the hierarchical structure.

Now you can moving terms (changing term weight) using AJAX in the Taxonomy Manager module.

The patch is not working for me. Can you include a screenshot?

Added updated patch which sorting terms on drag

I'm working on few more enhancement such as term edit will be done into ajax popup and reordering will be done only after confirmation message.
Few ui look improvements.
