Forms default pattern is empty

I think this will be fixed by 🐛 Need accessCheck for entity queries Needs review .

I applied the patch and it didn't fix it. I also don't see any code that would populate {{ form }} in the template.

Apologies. The generated form content was missing.
This should be fixed in the latest dev version.
