Add project logo to repo

Problem/Motivation

Webform has a beautiful logo, but at present it will not be picked up by Project Browser.

Project Browser takes it's logo from the project repository. Placing it there will allow it to be used by Project Browser, but it will also be used by GitLab as the repository icon, and will be displayed to the left of the project title of the Drupal.org project page.

Project Browser is currently a contrib module, but it is expected to be in core as an experimental module in Drupal 10.3, and become the default way of installing modules during the lifetime of Drupal 11.

Steps to reproduce

Install the Project Browser contrib module, search for Webform, note it shows the default jigsaw icon.

Proposed resolution

Add logo to the project repository.

Remaining tasks

INSTRUCTIONS: The logo should be added to the root folder of the repo, and be named logo.png. This must be present on your project’s default branch.

It is also recommended that the logo be removed from the first image.

It would make a good project for someone who is new to the Drupal contribution process. It's preferred over Newbie.
