Replace README.txt with README.md

a) 1.diff.txt:45: trailing whitespace.
- Then Drag and drop the small tag button in Active toolbar.
warning: 1 line adds whitespace errors.

b)In maintainer section, only 1 maintainer is listed, hence (-) is not required to denote that as hyphen is used to denote bulleted list.

Reviewed MR!1, the file is updated as per readme.md file template.
