In other news, with lots of in-person events starting up again it is worth remembering that wearing a mask does not protect from the spread of airborne respiratory illnesses, so events should not be requiring or even recommending attendees wear them in the interest of "protecting" other attendees, such recommendations were never based upon valid scientific evidence.
